This combined programme is provided by Rutland Local History and Record
Society and the Friends of Rutland County Museum and Oakam Castle, each
organisation arranging lectures which reflect the diversity of its membership.
The prefix of RLHRS or FOMOC is to indicate the organisers should
communication be required, all are welcome to every meeting.
Due to the current situation regarding the Covid-19 virus we are forced to
make the following changes, cancellations and postponements.
The AGM for the Rutland Local History and Record Society will be postponed
until the 8th October meeting. All papers will be sent out before this meeting.
The lecture by Nick Hill “Restoration of Apethorpe Palace” scheduled for
Thursday 11th June and the Heritage Open Evening Thursday 9th July have
been cancelled.
