Heading Northwest along the road to Preston, a view of the boundary
between Glaston/Bisbrooke can be seen to the West (1-5). The boundary
runs within the grounds of Bisbrooke Hall (1) parallel to the road we are
standing on, before turning 90 degrees East at the corner of the treeline
and across the field to our front. Its line must be imagined as no physical
evidence remains, but it reaches the road roughly in line with a solitary
Oak tree in the field. On reaching the road, the boundary turns
Northwest once more and runs a short distance along the Western
hedgeline (2). Where it meets the Preston road there is a noticeable kink
in the hedgeline adjacent to the gate where the photos are taken (5).
